CA (Dr.) Sanjay Patra - Senior Partner

CA(Dr.)Sanjay Patra, Senior Partner of SPRM & CO LLP, has experience of more than 30 years in the Voluntary & Development Sector. In the year 2005-07 he was a member of the Task Group formed by the Planning Commission for drafting policy on the Voluntary Sector. He has also been a Resource Person in many National as well as International Workshops specializing in the areas of Financial Management, Governance and Legal aspects of the Voluntary Sector. Till date he has facilitated more than 200 workshops. He is also a visiting faculty for Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater NOIDA and Haggai Institute, Singapore and Hawaii. Over the years, he has engaged in major research, training and has also authored books on financial management, Governance and Audit and also written several articles. Dr. Patra, a Governance specialist is the faculty for the online Programme, NPO Governance Programme run by CPA Services. A recognized social activist and writer, Sanjay has been a member of a number of committees of the Government of India and several national and international nonprofit groups working on civil society issues. He is also a leading light of the Voluntary Associations Network of India [VANI], which provides an interface with the government. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and an M.Com and B.com from Ravenshaw College, Cuttack

CA Kirti Ranjan Patra Khosla - Senior Partner

CA Kirti Ranjan Patra Kosala, a CA with over 40 years of post-qualification experience and has extensive knowledge and expertise in financial management, auditing, accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance in the context of NGO framework. Having served as head of finance for a large NGO - CASA, he has gained a wealth of experience in operational budgeting, grant management, financial planning, cash flow management, financial analysis, and reporting. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for ensuring adherence to financial policies, procedures, and controls, as well as developing and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance, minimize risk, and improve operational efficiency. Having served in leadership roles in various organizations, he possesses strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and guide teams towards achieving goals.

CA M. Mohan Manikantam (ACA, B. Com) - Managing Partner 

A practicing Chartered Accountant having 2 years of post-qualification experience in assurance and taxation for Corporates, Trusts and Individuals. Also, he has worked with Pricewaterhouse Coopers for a brief period post qualifying Chartered Accountancy examination. He has post qualification experience in the following fields:
 Internal Audit of Top B–Schools of India.
 Part of external audit team on behalf of various foreign funding agencies.
 Part of pre- funding assessment team
 Part of finance evaluation team
 Statutory Audit of NGOs, Section 8 companies.
 Statutory audit and Internal Audit of various nationalized banks of India.

CA Remson Kumar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Graduate in Commerce from Delhi University. A practicing Chartered Accountant having 5 years of post-qualification experience in Governance, Financial Management and Legal where he is involved in various types of assessments like Financial Reviews, Pre-Funding Assessments, Accompaniments, Legal Opinions specializing in Income Tax and FCRA. He is an individual having comprehensive and conceptual knowledge of preparation of Balance Sheet, Statutory Audit, Reporting and commercial operations. He is skilled in complete planning & Management auditing activities for ensuring completion of internal & statutory audits. He is a proactive learner for adopting emerging trends and addressing industry requirements to achieve profitability norms. He is efficient in implementing financial procedures, maintaining & finalizing accounts as per statutory requirements.
